The room had a very comfy bed and nice linens, I slept well. The coffee, water, and pastries added convenience. The location was near cafes and restaurants.

a romantic gem
larger room welcome note
the location is perfect for exploring. i appreciated the complimentary croissants in the lobby each afternoon. the staff upgraded us to a larger room without us even asking, a lovely gesture. a handwritten welcome note from the manager was also in our room, so thoughtful and kind.
the online photos gave a slightly different impression than reality. i noticed some wear and tear throughout the hotel. the carpeting was old and stained in places, unfortunately.

helpful staff local recommendations spacious room slow wifi limited selection street noise
The location was excellent. the staff were helpful, especially with local recommendations. i enjoyed the prestige double room courtryard side. It was spacious and well kept.
The wifi was quite slow at times. It made streaming difficult. i found the breakfast selection somewhat limited, especially for a longer stay. the noise from the street was noticeable even on higher floors, though i am sensitive to sound.

some issues
missing earbuds unreplenished toiletries
the room was not as clean as i expected it toiletries were not replenished until i asked on the fourth day of my stay my earbuds disappeared from their case after checkout i was also charged for a friend who joined me for breakfast even though i was alone in my room
